2. Products and prices
Please check the selected model, colour, movement, dimensions and other specifications on the product page before ordering. Images may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless you select another available currency. Review the items and total shown at checkout before placing your order.
3. Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order carefully. Available payment methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order; we will explain the available options according to its processing status and your applicable rights. If an item is unavailable or there is a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange any refund required by law. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement.
4. Worldwide shipping
We offer free worldwide standard shipping from China, with no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery is 14–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing and local delivery conditions can affect delivery. Please contact us if an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged.
Free shipping refers to the delivery charge. Any tax or customs charge collected by authorities is subject to the rules of the destination. If you need clarification about whether import charges are included in a particular order, contact us before ordering.
5. Our 30-day free return policy
You may request a free return within 30 days of receiving your order. Under this additional store policy, the watch must be unused and returned with its complete original packaging. Email admin@tophill.watch with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Contact us before sending your parcel so that we can arrange the free return. Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
The unused condition and packaging requirement apply to our additional 30-day store policy. They do not restrict any mandatory withdrawal, inspection, return or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, their legal conditions and time limits take precedence.
6. Two-year warranty and product issues
TOPHILL watches include a two-year warranty. To request assistance, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Relevant photos can help us assess the problem. We will explain the available next steps.
This commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms reduces any mandatory legal guarantee, remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods, or other consumer protection available to you. The additional return policy does not limit your rights concerning defective products.
7. Website use and content
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person's account. Website text, images, branding and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
8. Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact admin@tophill.watch if a problem arises so that we can work towards a resolution. These terms do not exclude access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law, and do not waive mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
